A concert at the entrance to Val Canali

Villa Welsperg, headquarters of the Paneveggio – Pale di San Martino Nature Park, stands at the entrance to Val Canali, the chalet's own valley. The Lontano lontano project is a tribute to Italian songwriting, reworked as jazz by a trio formed in 1997.

On foot, the villa is reached from Tonadico along the path to Cimerlo, in about an hour and twenty minutes with 300 metres of ascent, on an easy trail. By car, follow the signs for Val Canali, with parking until full; a free shuttle bus also runs from the car parks along the access road.

In bad weather the concert moves to the Auditorium Intercomunale di Primiero at 5.30 pm, with free tickets handed out from 3.30 pm while they last.
